RE: NSSA with Virtual links

It should work without problems. I had this setup
working, though sometime ago. Logically, virtual-link
connects **any** area not directly connected to the
backbone to backbone. After the connectivity is
achieved, the area should behave normally as if it is
directly connected to the backbone. Pls post you
configs along with ospf database, ip routing table of
both NSSA ABR and NSSA ASBR. Try rebooting your
routers. The key is that you should see N1/N2 LSA's in
your ospf database on NSSA ABR. If you see it, then it
should send it into area 0 as Type-5. I don't
remember, but if you do sh ip ospf on NSSA ABR, you
should see under NSSA area description a line saying
"Type 7/5 conversion enabled" I don't remember the
exact sentence but it is something like that.
