Appletalk Seeding Question

Hi,

With regards to appletalk seeding, is there anyway for a router on a link to
refute any verification requests from other routers on the same link?

In other words, the new router on the link would do the normal appletalk
probing to verify the cable range and zone, and the established router would
refute the query, causing the new router's appletalk interface state to
never come up, unless you used the appletalk ignore-verify-errors command.

Also, can someone explain the difference between soft seeding and hard
seeding, and how do you set an AT router to use each one.
