Are you trying to use a single ISDN BRI to support two different
routers? Or are you trying to connect two different router together via
the BRI?
On the question about charge. Each 'B' channel is treated separately.
So there are charges associated with each. Typically in its higher for
the first minute then the remaining minutes are at a lower rate (per 'B'
channel).
