you are missing the " subnet " keyword in the redistribute eigrp 1 metric
command ,since your network 20...... is not using its default mask
Use this command under OSPF routing process then every thing will work fine

Subject: Redistribution - EIGRP into OSPF
Attached is a text file containing the running config and sho ip route on
my
central router. The OSPF is injected into EIGRP no problem, but the OSPF
speakers off of this router don't hear the EIGRP routes? I having trouble
figuring out what's going on (I hope this doesn't turn out to be too
embarrasing).
