Help! Voip troubleshooting

Hi all,

I encountered a problem on Voip. Hope anyone can help.

I set up a simple FXS-FXS connection across an IP network . Everything
works fine, I can call from one telephone to another without problem. The
only problem was that I still received the dial tone even though I picked
up the hand-set. I can still hear dial tone on both telephone even they
were in connection. Below is the operation:

1. Picked up hand-set of phone A (received dial tone on phone A)
2. Keyed in numbers to call phone B (i.e. 3003 in this case)
3. Phone B ringed and picked up phone B (
4. Phone A and phone B were in connection/conversation (still receiving
dial tone on both phones for 8 sec and started to receive busy tone on both
phones for 60 sec, then it repeated)
5. Conenction between Phone A and phone B never dropped
