I have heard the same thing about SJ. Here is my .02
I worked with 2 proctors. One seems unfriendly and tough. HOwever, he
answered all my questions. The other was VERY helpful. She gave me a
couple of great hints that solved my problems immediately.
I did not make it to day 2 but the proctor I sensed was the "toughie"
was VERY nice to me when he explained why I did not make it to day 2.
In my case I lost much of my points due to carelessness. I had a couple
of areas I did not fully understand but most of my points loss was due
to not fully following instructions. He also stated that if I am not
clear about something, ask. The proctor stated that they will not
provide answers to how to do a scenario, but questions like should I set
passwords on all my routers are acceptable and will be answered.
