If possible, try to do at least 1 day of the CCIE practice labs

on the CCIE page. They are a valuable source of scenarios and they

CCIE bootcamps, ECP etc they may want to try this instead. These
practice labs are for people who are very confortable configuring.
There are no lectures, you are on your own. The lab tech may help
