The new proctor in Halifax is very professional.
Don't let this become a "this is <insert what you want here> is fault
...". This CCIE exam is hard, people with big ego try this, some are not
really honest with themselves or with other about how they've done,
don't fall in this trap, put your energies where they're meaningful.
The proctors in Halifax are very professionals guys who do their job the
best they can.
