Hi all
I am having trouble getting my router to get two TEI's assigned from the
ISDN switch.
The telco tells me everything is looking all right at their end and for a
change I think I agree with them...
Here is the output of sh isdn status...
Router#sh isdn st
Global ISDN Switchtype = basic-ni
ISDN BRI0/0 interface
dsl 0, interface ISDN Switchtype = basic-ni
Layer 1 Status:
ACTIVE
Layer 2 Status:
TEI = 64, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED
TEI 64, ces = 1, state = 8(established)
spid1 configured, spid1 sent, spid1 valid
Endpoint ID Info: epsf = 0, usid = 0, tid = 0
TEI Not Assigned, ces = 2, state = 3(await establishment)
spid2 configured, spid2 NOT sent, spid2 NOT valid
Layer 3 Status:
0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
Activated dsl 0 CCBs = 1
CCB:callid=0, sapi=0, ces=2, B-chan=0, calltype=INTERNAL
The Free Channel Mask: 0x80000003
Total Allocated ISDN CCBs = 1
Router#
As you can see the TEI is not being assigned for the second B-channel.....
I tried the "isdn tei-negotiate powerup" command. That does not seem to
change anything.
I need to be able to get both the SPIDs validated from the switch.
Anybody has ideas on this?? Please help
Sanjay
