RE: Goal to CCIE by Self-Study

Cisco added an extra day to networkers this year for all day seminars
entitled Power Sessions. There were sessions for CLEC, MPLS,
Security, and preparing for the CCIE. There were others that I can't
recall at this moment. The allday CCIE power session covered lab
topics and current practices. This is where I first heard about the
   new troubleshooting method.

You can download the presentation from cisco or at

   http://www.gdd.net/cisco/ccie/ccie-breakout

   There are 15 sections.

I didn't know if everyone followed the non-lab list at groupstudy
     so I
thought that I would forward this. I was very surprised to see
     that they
have done away with LANE on the R&S lab.

Yes, LANE was confirmed by Jeff.
CCIE Power Session, Session 6 ATM, PAGE 30
     LAN Emulation (LANE)
LANE has been removed from the
Routing and Switching lab, but may
continue to appear on the written test
On the new CCIE lab test problems,
     LANE was gone..
     Decnet was confirmed by Mike.
