Michael,
setting the Break key value (Bit 8) of the config register to "0" will allow
you
to go to the ROM Mon at any time by pressing the break sequence.
There is no standard solution I know for rebooting, but you could create a
workaround:
Set the privilege level of the reload command to "0". Then the user can type
"reload" and restart the router.
If you want a break key, you could also configure an "alias" command, but
I'm not
shure if you can use a break sequence there or if you have to use a word
like "shutdown"
