He's right, the doccos do mention bridging - but there seems to be no reason
for it.

I've had LAM nicely working with both EIGRP and OSPF...

LAM seems the only way on IOS 11.2 to make things going similar to mobile
ip.
I'm pretty shure that there'll be a mix of 11.2 and 12.0 in the Lab, at
least it
was a few weeks ago, as far as I know.
Of course one would use 12.0 in a real-world environment to support mobile
ip as
it is much more flexible, but this is not the real world but the ccie lab
... *g*

So let's get back to the basic question - why Bridging ???
