Frame-Relay Map-Classes

When configuring a Frame-Relay map class you can manually configure CIR, bc,
and be, but I see that you can also use the "Frame-relay traffic-rate"
command, which is followed by the CIR and a peak rate, which is CIR+EIR. My
questions are:
1. Is EIR=CIR+be?
2. What are assumptions are made as far as bc and mincir if the traffic-rate
command is used? Is bc assumed to be CIR/8? Is mincir assumed to be CIR/2?
3. Will configuring a bc, a be, or a mincir value in the same map-class as a
traffic-rate change the behavior of the traffic rate command?

Thanks,
Jack
