Not sure on 1 or 3....

On 2, you wouldn't use DLSW as bridge group 2 and ring 1 are locally
attached. You would use SR/TLB.

Subject: dlsw questions

Hi
Got three dlsw questions to ask.
1)RA config:
dlsw ring-list 1 rings 1
dlsw bgroup-list 1 bgroups 1
dlsw remote-peer 1 tcp 1.1.1.1

RA will use which interface to establish circuit with
1.1.1.1 ? ring 1 or bgroup 1?

2)
--ring 1--Ra----Rb------ring 2----
                 |
                 |bgroup 2

Ring 1 need dlsw with Ring 2 using TCP
Ring 1 need fst with Bgroup 2 using FST

How to configure this? is folowing correct? (Ra)
dlsw remote peer 0 tcp 1.1.1.1
dlsw remote peer 0 fst 1.1.1.1

3)do we need to configure vlans on the tokenring
switch in the lab?

regards
