Hi, Feliz,
 Through your Show Dialer, I have found the fllowing:
> Dial reason: ip (s=172.16.65.5, d=255.255.255.255)
 So your router may send some broadcast information to remote peer.
Also, through your config file of R5, IGRP are enable on inferface Dialer 0,
> interface Dialer0

> ip address 172.16.65.5 255.255.255.0

> router igrp 5
........
> network 172.16.0.0

 Maybe you can using passive-interface in the dialer0.
