 Not sure what you mean by DSLW - Netbios. If you just want to
do netbios between A and C just do transparent bridging. DSLW
can be used if you will want to transport Netbios between A and
C over IP.

 I suggest that you do some review of DSLW and how it works.
This is a very basic setup. There is a quite good discussion on
Cisco's CCO website.
