You cannot you ip ospf network point-to-multipoint on loopback.
The only valid option is point-to-point.

R1(config-if)#ip ospf network point-to-multipoint
OSPF: Invalid type for interface

goto interfeace config mode for the loopback interface and do a 'ip ospf
network point-to-multipoint' then ospf will advertise ot with the correct
mask. I think this is available in 11.3 and higher, not sure of the version
exactly.
