Christian Hutema's : Routing on the Internet
This book gives you straight OSPF and protocols
IS-IS,BGP,EIGRP,RIP1/2,PIM,IGMP), pure protocol speak and not Cisco
centric.

***Jeff Doyle : CCIE Professional developement: routing TCP/IP.
This book has a couple of great chapters on OSPF in the Cisco world (cisco
press). I would recommend this book to if you want to run quick with OSPF
on Cisco.

Ospf Anatomy of An Internet Routing Protocol by John T. Moy
Moy wrote the RFC, nuff said. This is "the" OSPF book but it is pure
protocol (which is good).
