I think it's if they can be bothered or have the time to check. I would
say you 'usually' get a different paper, but in Brussels their seems to
be 3 or 4 popular ones at the moment, so eventually you would probably
get a repeat. A collegue of mine failed on his first attempt and then
took it again a month later and passed with the same paper!
