BGP only advertises the best path, therefore paths which are no longer
the best will be replaced with UPDATEs containing better attributes or
withdrawn completely.

In your case R2 has chosen the paths it learned via R1 as the best, so
it must withdraw the previous best paths it had via R6 from R1.
