EIGRP does not use the all zeros network to match all routes (0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0).
EIGRP uses a NETWORK address as the pointer to a default route.
A system route (ie not locally connected network 'interior route' is
manually flagged via ip default-network command as the default network for
all unknown traffic).
Once this route is identified in the router, the router will receive this
route and flag it as an exterior route. Any downstream participating EIGRP
routers will receive the exterior network update and flag it as the default
route in its routing table..
