IP default-network maybe. If it's only one router you are advertising the
default from it should do the trick.

HEre is the scenario.

I am running EIGRP on all routers in my domain. THere are some routes
that are reachable from one router. I do nto want to distribute that
information in my EIGRP domain. How do I do that without redistribution
or advertising these routes in EIGRP domain.

Hiint: If this was OSPF, I would use the default information originate
command under the OSPF process. Has anyone done this with EIGRP?
