"ip tcp synwait-time 30" sets it to the default 30 seconds.

Does anyone know how to change the Telnet timeout, so when your telnet is
failing you don't have to wait 30+ seconds for it to time out?

Bonus Question(not that important): Is there a way to break out of a ping?
