I am not 100% sure, but look at the following commands:

pots encoding ulaw/mulaw

and on the interface

isdn outgoing-voice info-transfer-capability ?

Maybe these could point you into the right direction !

Subject: PRI dial out

Hello,

I have a 5200 router with 2 T1 PRI installed. Users
can dial in (using analog modem), but this router
won't dial out. Debug isdn q931 shows that there is
something wrong between my router and local teleco.
Local teleco said I have to change the type of call or
number plan (sounds pretty weird).

How do I do it in 5200?

Thanks in advance.

Jim
