Title: atm configuration question
No, as far as I know we don't have to set up an ATM switch. But,
I need to set up an ls1010 that dropped in my lap with no config on
it. I seriously need to get some hands-on ATM practice. As Dennis
Miller, would say, I don't want to get on a rant here, but, I don't
get a chance to test the twisted configs we get to play with in the
lab! No offense to those of you who like setting up appletalk or IPX
over ATM.

Doug, the CCIE requirements state that the candidate will not be
required to set up the LS1010, at least last time I looked.
I've set up PVC through the 1010 and lane on it using Marc's lab,
but do you know something new? Is LS1010 configuration a requirement
now?

Subject: atm configuration question
23 days to go and setting up ATM is really frosting my oats today.
Does anyone have an example of how an LS1010 would be set up to
accommodate the ATM scenarios I may see shortly? I have a LS1010,
cat5k with a LANE board, and a 3640 with an ATM board. Setting up
LANE was relatively easy, but I seem to be stuck on setting up the
LS1010 and rtr to talk CLIP. Any ideas?
