A friend of mine recently took the lab and took pains to save his configs
in a hidden file buried deep in some obscure directory. On day 2 the file
was gone and the proctor didn't mention a word about it - but they still
passed him later that day. So yeah, saving configs is good practice in
real life but a waste of time in this lab :-)
