Actually NLSP does require an internal network number created on the router
to operate. From the DOC CD:
Configure NLSP Task List
To configure NLSP, you must have configured IPX routing on your router, as
described previously in this chapter. Then, you must perform the tasks
described in the following sections:
Define an Internal Network
Enable NLSP Routing
Configure NLSP on an Interface
