the ip default-network command could be used for this. The only criteria is
that the redistributing router must have a valid route to that network. Be
very careful that you enter it as a classful route if it is being injected
into igrp because if you enter a more specific route, it will place a static
route in your configuration that is not easily removed. (ie 150.10.0.0 will
create a candidate default without creating a static route whereas
150.10.1.0 will create a static route in your config).
