I have tried this and it does not requre the use of static floatig route.
As soon as your primary interface goes down or you loos the route that you
are watching, BRI will be brought up. Once the BRI is brought up, it will
exchange routes. The key is that you have to put the ISDN network under
EIGRP and make eigrp uninteresting.
