ospf authentication

Hi,

Is there a way to authenticate only two routers on a broadcast network and
leave the others without authentication (ospf)?

                             R1
                             e0
                              l
                              l
   --------------------------------------------
         l l
         l l
        e0 e0
        R2 R3

Lets say that I want authentication between R1 and R2 but no authentication
with R3. The three routers are within the same area. As far as my
understanding authentication is possible within an area which means that
EVERY or NON of the routers must use authentication in that particular area.
Am I wrong?

PS Other thing. What if I want authentication between all 3 routers, but i
want to use different key betw. R1-R2 and R1-R3 etc. Is it possible? How?
