Matching link cost with bandwidth, simple but..

   The clockrate doesnt effect the cost that ospf will use. All
   interfaces have a default bandwidth. for a serial interface this is
   1544000K, and OSPF will determine the cost of the interface using this
   formula: 10^8/Bandwidth. Therefore by default a serial interface will
   have an ospf cost of 64. You can adjust the default bandwidth for the
   interface by using the bandwidth command, and this will cause ospf to
   calculate a new cost. or you can use the ip ospf cost command in
   interface config mode.
