Help:

 According to decument cd :
Disable the Transmission of Routing Updates
By default, routers receive routing updates from their neighboring devices
and periodically send routing updates to their neighbors. You can configure
the Cisco IOS software so that it only receives routing updates, but does
not send any updates. You might want to do this to keep a particular router
that is unreliable from sending routing updates to its neighbors.

To disable the transmission of routing updates, use the following command in
interface configuration mode: Command Purpose
no appletalk send-rtmps
Disable the transmission of routing updates on an interface.

When I config two router with the command: no appletak sent-rtmp at one end,
the two router work perfectly , router a see router b appletalk routes and
route b do not see the router a appletalk routes
And they can ping each other directly.
My problem is : when I shut down and un shutdown the direct connect
interface or relood the router ,the appletalk neighbor cann¡¯t establish
perfectly , and even more I cann¡¯t ping each other until I erase them and
reconfig them.
1. Do I need some other commands to accomplish these faction ?( globe
or in the interface)

Thanks for any advice !!
