Debug PPP statement

In Doing lab CCBOOTCAMP lab 7, the ISDN part I have come across the is
message in my debugs.

Mar 2 23:15:21: Dialer0: ppp, 16 bytes, incoming uninteresting (no list
matched).

ISDN, and snapshot routing seam to work fine, yet I still get this message,
does anyone know what it means. Let me add that I know that it is saying
that it is not matching my configured access list seen below, but I make no
reference to PPP in it, and permit all after my denies.

Any input would be helpful.
