The other replies show the method. Here is a short cut that
I use.
Note the following table of pairs:
1-8 0-0
2-4 6-6
3-c 9-9
5-a f-f
7-e
b-d
Write out the MAC address to be converted (this works both from
canonical to non-canonical and vice versa)
12-34-56-78-9a-bc
write the table partner 84-c2-a6-e1-95-d3
swap the numbers in each byte 48-2c-6a-1e-59-3d
you're done. With practice you don't need the second step.
