TR uses pins 3, 4, 5, and 6 on an RJ45 and 1, 5, 6, and 9 on a db9 as below:
RJ45 - DB9 - IBM connector
Pin 3 - 5 - black
Pin 4 - 1 - red
Pin 5 - 6 - green
Pin 6 - 9 - orange
