The first and the second access-expressions are the same (AND
operation). They both will pass all traffic that matches BOTH
conditions. The third is an OR operation, which will allow traffic that
matches EITHER condition.

Guys another question
I'm having difficulty unerstanding what the difference between these
access-expressions, do they all mean the same;
access-expression input (lsap(200) & smac(700))
access-expression input lsap(200) & smac(700)
access-expression input lsap(200) | smac(700)
