Yes thats right, I've just been doing appletalk in my lab !!! if you enter
appletalk address 700.1 it will make it a phase 1 router. if you add this
after putting a cable-range on, it will over write the cable-range. If you
want to add an appletalk address to the router with phase ii the nyou need
to add it after the cable-range, i.e appletalk cable-range 100-110 100.1
