   If you are talking about a lab situation. You will be allowed to move
   your console cable around so plug into the console port of the router
   with you console cable and change you speed to 1200 and then make the
   change, and reconnect the routers.
   
   If you are talking about real life, and you don't have physical access
   to the router. there are rxspeed and txspeed commands under the line
   config, but you will have to make sure to disconnect and re-connect
   the line after changing its speed.

      r1 is a 2501 , and r2 is a 2509, they are connected by asyn lines.
   i use reverse telnet to control r1, now the r1's console speed is set
   to 1200 bits, not 9600bits, how to change the termal line speed ar r2
