Hi Feliz,
The goal of the dyn access list is merely to allow telnet access
to an end host behind the router. Logging in with the user and pass
only guarantees a portal to get pass the telnet access list. When you
try to log in again with the same user and pass all it is saying is
that
access is already granted and a portal to get past the telnet access
list has already been created. Email me the cut paste of your acl and
I will tell you what is exactly going on.
