I'm not positive, but it sounds like it could be a security mechanism to
prevent someone from spoofing your ip address and getting simultaneous
access. I doubt it's a problem with having two sessions through the
router, as long as the second session is from another ip
address. Think of the router telling you "hey, someone is already
reaching me with that ip address, so you might not be who you say
you are, goodbye." Again, just my impression, not sure though.
