Ok, so R3 does not "see" the network 200.100.1.0/24?
Try using the command "no synchronization" under the BGP configuration in
R2. There is a rule in BGP that states that a BGP speaker will not
advertise a route learned through IBGP unless that route is known via the
IGP protocol. This is to prevent an AS from becomming a "Black Hole".
