Like I said, there's no helper-image on the system !
You can only start recognising interfaces if you have some form of IOS
loaded - but there's none on the bootflash or flash card. The 7200 does not
have a boot image on ROMS.

If you get to the rommon prompt you should be able to format your flash
card
and download an image via TFTP - if your lucky. otherwise you can use
xmodem
to download thru hyperterm. You can go up to 115k (slow but it works).
