neighbor {ip-address | peer-group-name} advertisement-interval seconds?

   when I set the command on both router run ebgp
   "neighbor *.*.*.* advertisement-interval 10"
   then I reload and use the command show ip pro:
   but it still say:
   Routing Protocol is "bgp 1"
     Sending updates every 60 seconds
   
   
   So what the meaning of the command neighbor *.*.*.*
   advertisement-interval ?
   and how to chang the show ip pro "60 seconds"
