Note that packets generated by the router itself are not normally policy routed
. To enable this, you have to use the command:
"ip local policy route-map".

Also, please note that packet forwarding based on policy routing will override
the routing table entries to the same destination. If no match occurs in the
route-map statement, normal forwarding will be done according to the
routing table.
