I had a similar experience but still If you make layer 3 calls in 12.07 it
works
This means that even when you see the output of show isdn status showing
that SPIS are not validated
when you make an ISDN call on the same circiut it works ,the layer 3 gets
active but unfortunately the SPIDS donot get validated still
I dont know why the hell is that well I wasted a day on it to configure the
ISDN Backup in our production enviornment

Subject: Teltone and Invalid SPIDs
Hi,
I have a Teltone with two 2600's plugged in. The 2600's use the WIC-1B-U,
so I have no NT-1's.
I had loaded the 2600's with 12.0(7)T , and for the life of me, couldn't
get rid of invalid SPID messages.
I finally re-loaded back to 11.3(9)T, and it works great, no invalid SPID
messages.
Therefore, I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience with the
Teltone, or if there is a chance I don't quite have the Teltone configured
correctly. It is set for the default National switch configuration.
Thank you.
