You can use a router itself as a Frame Relay or X25 switch it is pretty easy
to set up. To bad simulating ISDN isnt as cheap!!!!

There is a really neat WAN simulator available from Adtran. The original
model was an 800+, but I believe they came out with a new one that is model
525? This thing does PRI, BRI, T1, Frame Relay. Not sure if ATM is in the
works. I have one and it is great!
