The router is not able to connect/contact the LECS. I would suggest you
set up signaling on the major interfaces of the router and try it again
(atm pvc <vcd> 0 5 qsaal; atm pvc <vcd> 0 16 ilmi)
My suspicion is the LEC cannot get the ATM prefix of the network.
One way to prove it is to do debug lane client and see which source and
dest ATM addresses are in the output.
CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE atm ADDRESSES ARE WHAT THEY SHOULD BE.
It (hence the ... before the ESI address in the sh lane def command
output)
