Hi All,

So here goes with my burning question....

If you are receiving a route via rip on router B as below from router C with
a hop count of 16 (i.e. not accessible) is there any way you can manipulate
the metric so that the RIP process on router B will advertise the route (via
RIP) to router A????

I thought about using an offset list but I cannot see any way to subtract
from the hop count.

router A (s0) ----- (s0) router B (s1) ----- (s0) router C

The answer may be obvious but I can't see it!!!

Thanks,
Bede.
