That's the command. Are you doing it on both ends? Are you sure it's
OSPF hellos that are bringing up the line; what about IPX?

Can any1 tell me how to configure OSPF over ISDN line so hello packets
won't bring up the circuit. i think you can do "ip ospf demand
circuit" inteface command but i can't get it to work like that.
