Glad to here I am not the only one reading the CD. I too am reading
the whole 12.0 IOS section. It's vast!! I am about 1/3 through it
and I've picked up all kinds of usefull tidbits, especially in the
dial section. I figure I'll spend about 150 hours just going 12.0
commands. That seems like a lot and I'm still wondering if the time
spent reading the CD would be better used on labs. Still,
preparation is preparation. I'll never fell totally ready for my
first shot in 6 weeks. I just want to at least see day two!!

Subject: The CD
We talk a lot here about technical stuff and about using the CD,
but I've never seen us treat the CD as a tech topic. The breadth of
material on the CD is great. I am presently reading through the 12.0
IOS configuration section so I can get an idea of where stuff is if I
need it, and maybe see a few of those "off the wall" commands that
they seem to throw in on the test.
I'd love to hear from other folks on how they use the CD, where
stuff, if there are other sections on it besides the IOS configuration
that are useful, etc. I want to treat the CD as another technical
topic, just like AT, or DLSW.
